As a creator, I make every attempt to immerse myself in some form of creativity—whether it’s drawing, painting, making jewelry, or something else—every single day. But let’s be real, not every day cooperates with that ambition. Some days, creativity flows effortlessly. Other days, no matter how much I want to produce something spectacular, I end up with... well, let’s call it "a learning experience."

I recently left myself a brutally honest note in my phone after one of those tough days. That hit me hard. It was one of those moments where self-doubt took the wheel. But looking back, I’m grateful I don’t feel like that every day. These moments of doubt are part of the process—they're as essential to the journey as the moments of brilliance.

What I’m learning is that self-doubt can be either pesticide or fertilizer. It can kill your creativity if you let it, but it can also fuel growth if you choose to work through it. The key is to be kind to yourself, even when you're frustrated or disappointed with what you’ve made. Every piece, whether it turns out beautifully or not, is part of the path to something greater.

So, I’m reminding myself, and anyone else who might need to hear it: Trust the process. Some days you’ll make magic, and some days you’ll make a mess, but either way, you’re creating. And that’s what matters.
