As someone who has spent years conducting UX/CX research on various platforms, I’m now experiencing a unique perspective: becoming a customer of a service I’ve previously worked on from the research side.


Having been involved in the UX research and client side, I was always focused on improving the user experience for customers. Now, as an actual customer myself, I get to experience the product firsthand—and it’s been both eye-opening and rewarding. 💡


This full-circle moment reinforces the importance of staying connected to the end user’s experience. It’s given me a deeper appreciation for the nuances we often focus on in research: the small pain points, the frictionless moments, and how crucial customer feedback is in shaping a seamless experience.


Being on both sides of the equation has deepened my understanding of the relationship between research and real-world application. It’s a reminder of how essential it is to keep the customer at the heart of every decision. 🎯
